Tattoo Booking

Thank you for your interest in booking a tattoo with me at our beautiful studio, Botanica Tattoo, in central Exeter.

To book in, please send an email with the subject 'tattoo booking/your name' to [email protected]

In your email please include:

🌿Your name

🌿your pronouns (optional)

🌿a description of your tattoo idea

🌿the placement, side of the body and size in inches or centimetres the your would like your tattoo. (e.g. Inner right forearm, 12cm)

🌿reference photos to help describe your idea, or screenshots of flash if you are interested in booking a flash design

🌿a circled photo of the part of your body that you are looking to get tattooed can be helpful when drawing, particularly if you have other tattoos already. This is optional, please only send these if you feel comfortable to do so

🌿your budget if you have one

🌿 your availability, I generally tattoo on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Weekend days are booked up the fastest so if you can do any weekdays then let me know and you hopefully will get an appointment sooner.

Sometimes these days may be switched up to work around any holiday I am taking. Please note that I do not work evenings.

🌿Any other questions, requests or information that you think i should know, there are no wrong questions so please don’t worry, I will try to accommodate your needs as best I can.

I will reply to you to discuss your idea, availability and also with a rough quote. A non refundable deposit of £40 will be required to secure your date, appointments cancelled or changed less than 72 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit if you are planning to rebook.

I only work in black and grey and I’m afraid I don’t send out designs before appointments, but there will be time allowed on the day to make small changes if needed.
