Chrysanthemum Etching

Tiny chrysanthemum etching made by drawing details into a hard ground layer on a copper plate. I use the method of acrylic resist etching, which does not involve harmful chemicals.

These intaglio prints are printed using rich black ink, onto acid free cotton paper. Each one is slightly different and unique, as is the nature of printmaking.

print size is approx 7x7.5cm , paper size is approx 14x9.5cm with deckled edges, depending on the print. (some prints have larger borders than others as each piece of paper is slightly different).
